mixed feelings on this hotel
good breakfastpoor soundproofing
the breakfast was good with lots of choice.
the soundproofing was very poor, and i could hear every movement and conversation of my neighbor who woke up early. this lack of sound insulation really detracted from my stay.

The rooms were a good size. That was acceptable.
The air conditioning leaked. I was told to turn the temperature up, not a fix. It is a band-aid. the welcome from the reception staff was not great at all. i reported faults, but there was no apology offered

Excellent Stay with Marina Views

I booked a twin room with a balcony and requested a double bed via email but I received no reply. Upon arrival, the room had twin beds. I spoke with Giancarlo and Fawndo about this, and they showed me another room. I chose to stay in the original room because of the superior view. Breakfast offered great choices. I especially enjoyed the variety. The comfortable bed ensured restful sleep, which I certainly appreciated.
Getting a sun lounger was sometimes a struggle. This issue did not significantly detract from my stay, though.

The hotel is close to the marina, beach, and promenade. This provides easy access to nearby attractions. I found many areas to sit and relax at the hotel, whether I wanted quiet time or to be by the pool. The location was ideal for exploring the area.

The rooms included comfortable beds and were kept super clean by housekeeping. I observed that some walk-in showers could use sealant maintenance. The rooms were of a good standard. My room offered a nice balcony overlooking the marina, and it was a good size.

The breakfast buffet provided fresh and good options . I saw a great variety of items available each morning. The food was fresh, and I found it to be of good quality. I enjoyed the dining experience.

The staff were helpful and pleasant. Laura at reception were really good, assisting with parking and offering local recommendations. I found the reception team of Laura, Dani, Jenni, and Fecundo friendly and professional. The service was excellent!

The hotel features simple but tasteful decor both inside and out! there are quiet soft furnishing areas to the side of the building. The pool area is small and includes sun loungers for relaxation, though the pool bar was expensive.

i adored the cava they gave as a welcome drink. a personalized message in the room was so tender. i really appreciated the kind offer of a shower before my flight home.
the music at the pool, its vibe leaned a little too heavily into 1980s trance.
